Founded in 2015, Doux is an upscale salon in the heart of Greenwood. We are a collective of inspired artists who believe in giving you the best possible experience.

Appointments

Q: What if I have to cancel my appointment?

A: If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of a percentage of the service total. For a "no show", your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of the service. 

Q: What if I am late for my appointment? 

It's possible we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment. If your treatment is shortened, it will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. We hope you understand, and we will always do our best to serve you.

Q: Can I bring my child (or pet?) with me to my appointment?

A: While we adore children and pets, we ask that you refrain from bringing your children (unless they are receiving a service) and your pets to the salon as a courtesy to our other salon guests and in an effort to create a relaxing salon experience.

Q: What styling products do you carry?

A: We carry Unite, Kevin Murphy, Davines, and Olaplex.

Q: What Color lines do you use?

A: Each artist uses their preferred color lines. Including Kenra, Kevin Murphy, Paul Mitchell, Goldwell, Joico, Shades EQ, Solaris. If you prefer a specific color line, please inquire within.
